Paddy Upton comment go viral about the sex before the match:


In India, people are ashamed to talk about sex opening and that topic is the most controversial topic in the sports world. Many people believe that having sex before they can help to improve players' performance and it is also beneficial for the mental health treatment of the players.  


 Paddy Upton is a mental condition expert coach of the Indian cricket team in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 match, recently hired by BCCI.

According to Paddy Upton players took so much stress and pressure before the match that affect their decision-making power. Paddy also mentions this segment in “The Barefoot Coach” his book.
